签证面试问题列举

据英国内政大臣称，他们对海外申请来英国留学的学生，将扩大面试的范围，今后将不只是签证申请文件的审核了。
内政大臣特里莎·梅(Theresa May)说，从6月起，英国边境署将对10万签证申请者进行面试，以杜绝假借留学来英国打工的滥用现象。特里莎·梅发誓，要堵住假留学实就业的“后门”。她说，政府控制移民数量的目标正在按计划达标。英国政府的目标是，到2015年，把净移民数减至10万人以下。”
在中国，将于今年4月29日开始对签证申请者进行面试试行，其中包括申请第四层级学生签证的申请者。申请第四层级学生签证的申请者在签证申请中心递交材料的同时将有可能被要求面试，签证处将会随机选取学生, 出国目的明确的学生不需要担心。面试将由英国签证官通过视频来进行。目前，世界上到英国留学的学生人，中国紧次于印度，预计将会约1.2万的中国学生会被抽查。
这个新的面试体系将使整个签证流程更加完善，并防止学生签证体系被滥用及被有移民倾向的申请者钻了空子。这将保护真正去英国求学的学生和英国院校，确保英国继续吸引优秀的中国学生。面试过程大概只需要10分钟，并将更好地帮助学生顺利获得签证。
英国继续欢迎中国的优秀学生赴英留学！2012年，英国内政部在中国签发了超过57,000份学生签证，比 2011年增长约9%。在中国，因为高质量的学生申请不断上升，拒签率从2010年的14%下降到2012年的2%。从上述这么低的拒签率可以看出，赴英留学的中国学生质量很高，所以该措施对中国学生影响不大。
针对即将执行的新的签证面试政策，我们有以下建议：
1）此次政策开始执行的时间节点：此政策初步执行是在4月29日，并且是抽查式的，在这个时间点递签的学生大多是读语言的学生，对于读语言的学生来说，现阶段的面试方式是视频面试，建议学生平时多读英语原版新闻和文章，并且在使馆指定的面试时间之前就要调试自己的视频面试设备，以免面试过程中出现信号质量差而影响面试效果的问题出现。学生们不需要太紧张，这个只是一个签证的常见流程之一，类似澳洲，美国的面签及调查，只要做好准备，不会出现纰漏。
2）注意此次政策变化的波及对象是第四层级学生，并且从6月份开始，签证面试将对所有赴英留学的第四层级学生申请者实行。在6月份以后递签的学生利用这段时间充分了解签证面试信息，我们的顾问及文案专家会及时为学生做指导。对于有意申请下一个入学季的学生来说，要做一个适合自己的完善的学习计划，我们也有精英团队为学生量身制定学习计划，这对于以后的签证来说也是至关重要的一个步骤。
