没有专业工作经验和专业工作也能顺利移民？！

说到专业工作经验，或者专业工作的JOB OFFER，可能是大部分中国留学生的痛。

确实，目前澳洲要找到一份合适的专业工作并不容易，而移民局和州政府又偏向于有专业工作经验或工作JOB OFFER的申请人，优先给这些申请人发放州担保和永居签证。

那澳洲还有没有不需要工作经验，也不需要JOB OFFER就能拿到州担保移民的州？当然有！目前只有以下2个州是能接受既没有工作经验又没有JOB OFFER的申请人。

TAS

目前TAS提供190永居州担保项目和491州临时担保项目。我们来看下对应的政策：

190

You must have completed a course of study and obtained a letter of completion from a tertiary institution in Tasmania registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS)

Your course of study must be listed on CRICOS with a duration of at least 92 weeks* and must have been completed full time and on-site in Tasmania

You must have lived in the state for at least 2 calendar years from the commencement of your course and for the duration of your studies

You and your dependents must currently be living in Tasmania and demonstrate a genuine commitment to continue to live in Tasmania

If you are not currently in skilled employment you must provide a career plan that explains how your studies have increased your ability to find skilled work in Tasmania. This may include areas unrelated to your Tasmanian study

Your study does not need to be related to your nominated occupation, however a relevant skills assessment will be highly regarded.

If you held a Student visa (subclass 500) when you completed your last course of study in Tasmania, the study must be:

a degree (bachelor, masters or any higher degree), or a diploma (standard, advanced, associate or graduate)

从上述政策来看，最基本的就是要在塔州完成至少2年的学习，并且拿到diploma或以上的学历。

虽然里面也有一条Career Plan的要求，但这个并不是要求你找到工作的意思。

TAS政府依然是接受没有工作经验或者没有找到专业工作的申请人。

只要他们的Career Plan能被TAS认可，让TAS政府相信申请人将来有能力和动力在TAS找到工作并从事对口的职业工作。

而启德可以帮助申请人书写对应的Career Plan，并顺利帮助申请人通过TAS的190担保审查。

491

同TAS的190政策相似，但491只需要申请人在TAS读书1年即可。

NT

目前NT提供190永居州担保项目和491州临时担保项目。2个项目的担保要求几乎一样。我们来看下对应的政策：

You must provide strong evidence of good employment prospects in the NT either in your skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation.

You can show you have good employment prospects by providing:

an offer of employment letter from an NT employer

a statement describing how your skills and experience meet NT employer needs

evidence that your occupation has been advertised in the NT multiple times and detailed explanations of how your qualifications and experience match the job vacancies

evidence of positive feedback from potential NT employers.

Please see specific information on the required evidence on employability for onshore and offshore applicants.

同TAS的要求类似，NT政府要求申请人书写一份个人陈述来阐明自己如何符合当地雇主的需求。

NT同样没有要求申请人必须要找到工作才能给予担保。

而启德同样可以帮助申请人书写对应的个人陈述，并顺利帮助申请人通过NT的190或491担保审查。

总结

目前TAS和NT是唯二不需要工作经验也不需要JOB OFFER就能给予州担保机会的州。

但这并不表示申请人在当地读完书后就能自动拿到州担保。
